Welcome letter

Dear colleagues and friends,

We are honored to invite you to join us to the 10th congress of the Croatian Association of Cardiological Nurses (CACN), which will be held from November 9 to November 12, 2023, in Makarska, at the Park Hotel.

The 10th congress program is aimed at nurses and related professionals. As with our previous congresses, the expert content that will unfold over four days will cover all areas of cardiology and summarize the latest developments. Our goal is to present achievements, but also the challenges of current cardiovascular nursing practice.
The focus of the congress is "Person-centered care: How to achieve it?"

As this is our jubilee congress, we have invited renowned experts from domestic and global cardiological practice as lecturers and chairpersons.
We will also have the opportunity, through oral presentations, poster presentations, and showcases of interesting cases from everyday clinical practice, to present our achievements, exchange experiences, and discuss important issues.
Special attention will be devoted to deepening our collaboration with the Association of Cardiovascular Nursing & Allied Professions.

We invite you to join us as active participants with papers that will be published in the supplement of the journal "Cardiologia Croatica".

We hope that our expert content will be an incentive for further development of Croatian cardiological nursing, and that informal and friendly gatherings will complement the overall experience, leaving Makarska forever in our hearts.
